What year did Honda add feul injection to the CRFs?

I'm lookin to buy a new Honda Crf, but I'm confused on the fuel injection, what year did they add it and is it really all that worth it. Bear with me, cuz I'm used to riding 2 strokes, and am getting this for when I'm at my mom's house.
