Is the honda crf 150r to small for me?

I think the 250 is gonna be to powerful and kind of tall for me because i am not that experienced. it is also very pricy so i thought about getting the 230 but i thought what if i want to race so i am kind of trying to decide on those three i am 14 6ft tall and 165 pounds.
