Help! crf 250 r wont run and leaking tranny fluid?

I have a 2004 crf 250 r I replaced all the valves on it and it ran like a champ then I was having starting problems put a new spark plug in ran, started right up everytime for about 10 hrs of course i did all the maintenance on it between rides. I started having starting problems again and one day riding my bike it just died bump started it and got it home and it wont start at all and it started leaking tanny fluid from the bottom Any suggestions???????
