What Dual-Purpose Bike Should I Buy?

I'm thinking about selling my ATV and dirt bike and buying a Dual-Purpose bike. I'm looking at a Kawasaki KLX 250SF and a Honda CRF 230L. Any suggestions about what else are out there or personal opnions about these bikes?
