My cat will still not eat anything! Any suggestions would help!?

On May 6, my cat was diagnosed with CRF, Kidney failure. She is still drinking water and urinating, and we are giving her the required potassium water injections. The wet food she was given she will not eat. She will not even anything I put in front of her! I was thinking about milk, but would have to buy lactose intolerant milk since all cats are lactose intolerant. My cat thank God is doing the same as she was on the 6th. I have been hand feeding her with a syringe with her wet cat food, pushing it in her mouth. She used to LOVE food, so much her nickname was "Fatso" as she was overweight. Now, she has lost weight, but she is neither fat nor thin. I was wondering if anyone has any ideas? I tried fish, she ate 5 bites of my fish sandwich the other day, would not eat it today. I have a piece of raw fish, she did not eat it, why isnt she eating?
