Wondering if i'm tall enough to ride a 250 two stroke / four stroke?

So ive been riding for about 7 years. I had a crf 50, then a crf 70, and now on the KX100. and im craving more power. Im 120 pounds, and 5'5''. Im wondering if a KX250, or a CRF250 will be too big / too much power; even if i do some suspension work.
