Which is better for me?2008 Yamaha TTR125 or 2006 Honda CRF 100F?

i am a 14 year old girl, i have had two other dirtbikes before, im not experienced with clutch, but i am getting a bike with clutch, i have a 75 now, its tooo small and i like speed! :) My dad thinks that theyre both good buty old one broke down alot, i had a honda xr d i dont want that to happen again and i wannt to know that it is good before we get it, so just help with how good it is all round and which one you think is better for me!
