Performance upgrade dirtbike?

i have a 230cc honda crf (2003 model) it only has electric start, what can i do to 1, add performace upgrades, make it go fast, and handle well, 2, can i add a kickstart somehow? 3, what can i do tro costomize it, 4, is there anything i can add to bike to just make it better in general, 5, all the things cant make it too loud, i live near neibors who own horses and call the police if the horses get scared... thanks for the help.
