How to adjust the carburetor on a crf 50 ?

I have a 05 crf50 and the only time it will run full throttle is when the choke is half on. What is my problem? The bike has been running fine until last night. The bike idle fine with the choke off but as soon as you give the bike throttle is dies unless the choke is on.
