Grandmom ran down my new motocross bike?

Today my grandmom acidently ran down my Honda 2007 crf 150r I got it in February what's going to happend and how long will it take to get a check? It damaged her car a lot too my dirtbike was parked under a carport and being the crappy driver old people are she.swung in hit the carport beams and my motorcycle.
