CRF cat stopped eating... please help ASAP...?

Look, I hate to be so blunt, but I'd say the cat is dying. Renal failure is something that eventually can't be treated any more no matter how much money you have to throw at it. If this was my cat, and I've had a cat with renal failure, I would take it to the vet and have it put to sleep. She isn't going to survive this. It's a matter of time only. She isn't enjoying life much right now, isn't feeling good and is very unlikely to feel any better. Yes, the vet might be able to extend life a bit longer, but what's the point? Animals live in the moment. They don't have distant relatives to say goodbye to, they don't have financial arrangements to make before they die. There is no reason to prolong an animal's life if it isn't having a good life, except when people can't bring themselves to face reality. That's for the sake of the people, not the animal.
