I want to give my daughter 3 years augmentin es but have no fridge?

the bottle reconstitutes into 100ml syrup. isn't there a failsafe way to measure out the powder into 15 or 16 equal parts (her dose is 6.5ml) and mix each sachet with water minutes before administering the dose, thereby foregoing the need to find a fridge? what are the risks apart from the obvious ones of powder blowing away, losing accuracy of measurement or counting wrongly?
